Nobuko Fujita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Durante el d\u00eda Martes 27 de Julio, la coordinadora de proyectos de la Agencia Internacional de Cooperaci\u00f3n del Jap\u00f3n (JICA) filial Chile Sra. Nobuko Fujita, se reuni\u00f3 con el equipo EMALab en la Universidad de la Frontera (UFRO) en Temuco, liderado por nuestro director cient\u00edfico Dr. Milko Jorquera, para discutir los avances del proyecto MACH, recorrer las instalaciones, visitar el Laboratorio M\u00f3vil y ver su equipamiento. En el marco de esta visita, la Sra. Fujita tambi\u00e9n visit\u00f3 al grupo del Dr. Andr\u00e9s \u00c1vila en el Centro de Excelencia de Modelaci\u00f3n y Computaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica (CEMCC) de UFRO, donde se encuentra el servidor &#8220;Soroban&#8221;, uno de los dos servidores adquiridos por el proyecto, para el an\u00e1lisis bioinform\u00e1tico de las secuencias de ADN generadas desde las muestras obtenidas durante las actividades de monitoreo. Esta actividad se realiz\u00f3 gracias a la mejora en las condiciones sanitarias y la posibilidad de re-establecer los contactos presenciales entre las distintas instituciones que son parte del proyecto MACH.
