This logo was designed with a concept of \u201cHolobiome\u201d (holo=whole, biome=ecosystem). The logo covers 11 kinds of living organisms including, algae, as well as sea snails, shells, shrimp, chilean corvina, tuna, salmon etc\u2026 and humans (also part of the ecosystem). The official name of the project is \u201cMACH\u201d, which is acronym for \u201cMonitoring of Algae in Chile (English)\u201d and \u201cMonitoreo de Algas en Chile (Spanish)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We are trying to strengthen the cooperation among academia, industries and government agencies to proceed the project.
