In this symposium coordinated by Dr. Milko Jorquera and Dr. Alejandro Murillo, presented; 1)\u00a0 Dr. Kyoko Yarimizu, Associate Professor of the Office of Academia-Government-Community Research and Collaboration in Genomics and Microbial Ecology, Hiroshima University; 2) Dr. Shoko Ueki, Associate Professor at the Institute of Plant Science and Resources, Okayama University; 3) and Dr. Gonzalo Fuenzalida, Semi-Senior Researcher at the Center for the Study of Harmful Algae (CREAN), Instituto de Fomento Pesquero (IFOP).
