Four Japanese researchers of MACH project have started working to this project in Chile. Each of us has different research background and expertise. We cooperate through our independent research activities to progress our project.
Since last October, Dr. Kyoko Yarimizu started working at Institute de Fomento Pesquero (IFOP) at Puerto Montt. She is a researcher of Dr. Satoshi Nagai’s lab, National Research Institute of Fishery Science, Yokohama, Japan. She works with Dr. Leonardo Guzman and Dr. Oscar Espinoza at IFOP.
Since last September, Dr. Yohei Miyashita started working at University of Los Lagos (ULAGOS) at Osorno. He is an assistant professor of Dr. Shoko Ueki’s lab, Okayama University, Okayama, Japan. He works with Dr. Gonzalo Gajardo at ULAGOS.
Since last September, Dr. So Fujiyoshi started working at University of La Frontera (UFRO) at Temuco. She is an assistant professor of Dr. Hedeaki Miyashita’s lab, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. She works with Dr. Milko Jorquera, Dr. Jacquelinne Acuña and Ignacio Rilling at UFRO.
Since last September, Dr. Mikihiko Kawai started working at UFRO, Temuco, Chile. He is a researcher of Dr. Ichiro Nakagawa and Dr. Fumito Maruyama’s lab, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. He works with Dr. Milko Jorquera and Dr. Andrés Ávila at UFRO and Dr. Oscar Espinoza and Dr. Andrés Garcia at IFOP.
